You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request an estimate, enter into an agreement for our services, or consent to receive text messages from us. By submitting a form on this site or opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or send text messages to a number we know belongs to a minor. If you believe a minor has provided us information or opted in to messages, contact us at chance@texashinetx.com and we will remove the information and stop any messages.

TexaShine provides seasonal and permanent lighting services, including design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after an in-person site visit or upon discovery of conditions not reasonably known beforehand. All work is subject to a written agreement or approved estimate.

• Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate, if any, and are subject to change based on final scope and site conditions.
• A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date. Deposit terms are stated on your estimate or agreement.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Installation and service dates are scheduled in advance but may be affected by weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly when this occurs.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, lighting products and materials installed as part of a full-service seasonal program remain the property of TexaShine. Such materials are provided for use during the service term and are removed and stored by TexaShine at the end of the season.

For full-service installations, we provide maintenance during the service season as described in your agreement. If lighting we installed malfunctions during the covered season due to normal use, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. This does not cover damage caused by third parties, tampering, severe weather events, or misuse.

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to a working power source as needed for the installation.
• Inform us of any hazards, restrictions, underground utilities, irrigation, or property conditions that may affect the work.
• Obtain any necessary permissions if the property is not owned by you.

Text messages are delivered by mobile carriers, not by us, and delivery is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither we nor any mobile carrier guarantee that a message will be delivered, will arrive at a particular time, or will be readable on every device.

Message and data rates may apply to any message you send or receive, depending on your plan and your carrier. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies.

Because message delivery is not guaranteed, do not rely on a text message alone for anything time-sensitive. If you are expecting a confirmation, an appointment reminder, or a reply from us and have not received it, call us at 361-389-8244.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TexaShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of TexaShine and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
